1. Operator and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through cavirod.com, operated by Guangzhou Bingli Trading Co., Ltd. under the brand Cavirod™. By ordering, you agree to the applicable terms, policies and checkout disclosures, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

2. Products, descriptions and availability

We sell landscape ceramic incense holders and related items as described in product listings. Product images may use decorative props for styling; only the items expressly included in the relevant listing are supplied. Product colors may vary slightly with lighting or display settings.

Product prices, availability and information may change before an order is accepted. If a material description or pricing error affects an order, we may contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the order as required by applicable law.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Receipt of an automated acknowledgment does not necessarily mean every item has been accepted for fulfillment. We may decline or cancel orders where payment cannot be verified, goods are unavailable, or there is a reasonable fraud, legal or material listing issue. If payment has been taken for a canceled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices and applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout. The currency displayed at checkout governs the transaction. Applicable taxes and duties, where relevant, may depend on your destination and whether amounts are collected at checkout or assessed externally.

Available payment methods are displayed by the checkout system. We do not ask you to send full payment card details through customer-support email.

5. Fulfillment and delivery

Confirmed paid orders are normally processed and dispatched within 7 business days. Standard U.S. transit typically takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control. Delivery options and their charges are shown at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

7. Safe use and responsibility

Incense products must be used with care. Before burning incense, confirm the product and any accessories are suitable for such use. Place the product on a stable, heat-safe surface, ensure adequate ventilation, keep it away from flammable items, children and pets, and never leave burning incense unattended.

Use products according to their verified descriptions and instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual property and website content

Our brand identifiers, original site text, imagery and other protected content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except as allowed by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Liability, law and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights, rights relating to defective goods or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Disputes should first be raised with our customer-support team so we can attempt a fair resolution. Applicable law and any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights continue to apply; these terms do not impose an exclusive jurisdiction that would override such rights.
